Limited Warranty Policy
Kenlo is a company with a rich history, focused on reliability, innovation and value for more than 50 years. We are proud of every product that is brought to the marketplace. In some instances, a product may become defective. For the convenience of our customers, Kenlo has established a limited warranty policy to cover for defects. The limited warranty policy covers for manufacturer's defect in material and workmanship only. In the unlikely event that any part of the umbrella fails to function properly when it is purchased new, Kenlo will repair the product. If the repair is impracticable or cannot be performed, we will replace the product, at our discretion, with one of similar value, color or design. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover for cosmetic damage, wear and tear, damages resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, improper handling or failure to follow care instructions. To submit product for warranty, customers should follow these steps:
- Contact Kenlo for a return authorization form by sending an email to email@example.com.
- Customer must be ready to submit a description of the defect, proof of purchase (sales receipt and defective merchandise) and a $6.00 return postage fee.
- Customer will need to submit the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once the return is approved, Kenlo will send customer an email confirming return, a return authorization number, and return address.
Please allow 4-6 weeks following the receipt of the merchandise to complete a return.
