Return/Exchange Information

If you made a purchase on website and not satisfied with your product, Kenlo will accept a return or exchange shipped within the United States only. Returns or exchanges must be in their original, unused condition and submitted within 15 days of your purchase. A $6.00 return shipping for merchandise shipped within the United States will be applied. If you are returning or exchanging an item, we will credit you the full purchase price upon receipt of the product less $6.00 for the return shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return credit to be issued.

How to return or exchange

  • Obtain a return/exchange authorization form by sending an email to
  • Complete form and submit to
  • Once return or exchange is approved, Kenlo will email confirming return and provide a return authorization number, return label, and return address.
  • Ship the product to Kenlo per shipping instructions provided. You must ship your returns/exchanges no more than 15 days after your authorization number has been issued. Please follow these shipping instructions:
    • Enclosed a copy of the authorization form in the return shipment (if there are multiple carton, please enclose the authorization form in the first carton of the shipment);
    • Pack the product in the original packing;
    • Print the return label that you received in your email; 
    • Mark the shipping package so that the authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the package;
    • Ship the package within 15 days of the date that the authorization number was issued.

Exceptions to the Policy

In some circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse to honor a customer's request for a refund or exchange

If the event that an authorization number is issued but the product is not returned to Kenlo within 15 days of the authorization issue date, customer will not receive a refund or exchange.

Customer will not receive refund without prior authorization and adherence to the return policy guidelines.

Customer will not receive refund on products that are sold and marked as NON-returnable.

***Kenlo accepts returns or exchanges only for items purchased on website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on the website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
